广东华美国际投资集团

      广东华美国际投资集团创立于2000年，发展至今已成为一家以教育、金融证券、股权投资为主，商业地产为辅的知名国际投资集团。随着华美国际化进程步伐的推进，旗下包括广州华美英语实验学校、广州华美中加国际高中、天津英华国际学校、广东华美雅思教育服务有限公司、广州香雪城、内蒙古华美国际汽配城等十余家下属单位。参股企业包括保利房地产（集团）股份有限公司(股票代码：600048)、久银投资基金管理股份有限公司(股票代码：833998)、广州津虹网络传媒有限公司、珠海市丹田物业管理有限公司（NEEQ：831947）等多家知名公司。2008年，为回馈社会及响应国家建立和谐社会的号召，成立广东省华美教育慈善基金会。2009年，全国首家设在民营企业的侨联组织--广东华美国际投资集团归国华侨联合会成立。目前集团员工总数1200余人，总资产规模逾100亿元人民币。

 Huamei International Investment Group was founded in 2000. Currently the group mainly engages in education, real estate and equity investments； it also covers securities and other industrial investments. With Huamei’s international development, the group has more than ten subsidiaries now, including Guangzhou Huamei International School, Guangzhou Huamei-Bond International College, Tianjin Yinghua International School, Guangdong Huamei International Education Services.LTD, Guangzhou Sunshine Palza and Inner Mongolia Huamei International Auto Parts Center. Meanwhile, our group is the main shareholder of Poly Real Estate Group Co.,LTD(Stock Code: 600048), Eagle Fund Management Co., LTD; Guangzhou JinHong Network Media Co.,LTD, and many other well-known companies. In 2008, we established Guangdong Huamei Educational Charity Foundation, which is to make contributions to the society and support the country’s harmonious society’s development. In 2009, we established Guangdong Huamei Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, which is the first national association for returned overseas Chinese that was established in a private company. Currently we have more than 1200 employees, and the total assets exceed ten billion yuan.
